It meant that the stories were smaller and less mysterious, or so I’d thought. It seems that everything changed the day I met Hunter McFarlane. He brought with him an air of mystery that quickly seemed to spill over into his cases and my personal life. Not that I minded, I’d been missing a little excitement.
