Overview: Skully is a disembodied, floating, 10,000+ year old skull who writes stories. Being undead has its perks; Skully does not eat or sleep, he can write twenty-four hours a day and often does so. English is Skully’s fourteenth language; his first was Atlantian which he learned when he still had arms, legs and let’s not to forget, skin. So please forgive any grammar mistakes, they are all the fault of his editors and proofreaders, as they are merely human. Before writing stories Skully had several long careers in necromancy and psychic power related fields. He also wishes to clear up that the younger dryas was responsible for the destruction of Atlantis and not Zeus who merely possessed an expert marketing division in ancient Greece.

1. Military Academy
Daedalus encompasses Etana Daedo’s early years and his first steps within the Fortescue Military Academy where he forges friendships and alliances which will last a lifetime. The story takes place within a futuristic, dystopian earth in the year 2142 and explores concepts such as the rise and impact of robot labour and artificial intelligence. he story follows him, his friends and enemies while they attend Fortescue Military Academy where they learn to build and fight with exos at the first year cadet level. The young cadets are primarily concerned with their academic and competition success within the academy. Each squadmate is special in some way, it’s up to Cadet Daedo to unlock their potential in order to facilitate the success of their squad.
2. Squad Zero
The story follows the members of the squad as they establish Daedalus the corporate entity. Initially it was a way to share costs for their workshop but it evolves into something much more. The cadets and the world in general are being lied to. In book two the mystery of the spiral and what is behind it begins to unfold. Is the forwarned Alien invasion a conspiracy theory? A hoax or something else entirely?
3. Growth
The story follows the members of the squad zero as they excel academically yet struggle against Fortescue and its internal political machinations. The talented cadets are at loggerheads with the establishment who think they are an obstacle at least – or more likely – dangerous. As the group discovers truths about themselves and the world, they are faced with difficult choices.
4. Eye of the Sahara
The story follows the members of the squad as they establish Daedalus. Initially it was a way to share costs for their workshop but it is evolving into something much more. The cadets begin to struggle with the politics of the world and repercussions of being successful. Is the forwarned Alien invasion a conspiracy theory? A hoax or something else entirely?
