Evelyn LaGrange, the oldest sister and also quite a chef, stirs up some trouble for herself and then quickly can redirect from her misstep. Taking out her frustrations in the resort’s kitchen, she finds more than a release for her anxiety but an unexpecting stranger, Jason, invites himself to a meal that neither of them will forget.
Book Eight: And the Greatest of These is Love
The groom’s family history unfolds for the reader. First, Rekha Singh, his birth mother’s story, is shared. From a violent beginning to desperate choices made in poverty, Rekha gives more than life to her son, Benil.
Book Nine: Cold Feet
Katie LeGrange shares her lifelong challenge of living with an anxiety disorder. From childhood talent show failure to college musical success each step of the way, she faced her challenges and overcame the odds. So when she meets Ben in college, she finds an anchor point she was not expecting.
Book Ten: White Wedding
Weddings rarely go off without a glitch, and this one is the same. The glitch, however, will be known to many ten years post-wedding date. Katie begins to have a minor breakdown, but Ben, after going to great lengths, finds her and comes up with an original solution.
