1. Junkyard Druid
A cursed druid, blackmailed by a faery queen to find a missing magic rock. Let’s just hope they don’t hack the druid off… for everyone’s sake.
Name’s Colin McCool. Folks call me the Junkyard Druid. I hate that name.
Despite my last name, I’m not "cool" like the other hunters in town. I don’t run an occult bookstore, I’ve never owned a Harley, and I didn’t inherit a family fortune passed down through generations of hunters before me.
And I kind of have this curse on me that’s messed up my life.
So, things have gone to hell since I was cursed. I live in a junkyard, my mentor Finn is a heroin addict, I’ve got the Cold Iron Circle breathing down my neck, and the local Fae Queen Maeve is blackmailing me into doing her dirty work.
Now I’m in way over my head trying to retrieve Maeve’s stolen magic rock, all while helping my friend Belladonna solve a series of murders that may or may not involve the local werewolves.
And did I mention that my girlfriend is a ghost?
If I can just get the Faery Queen’s tathlum back, and help Belladonna solve the murders…
Then I just might live long enough to finish my first year of college.

2. Graveyard Druid
When the local vampire coven hires him to stop an undead outbreak at the city graveyard, it sounds like money in the bank to everyone’s favorite down on his luck druid, Colin McCool. But when you’re cursed by an ancient fae sorceress with a score to settle, nothing is ever as it seems…
Colin McCool here, otherwise known as the Junkyard Druid. Not my favorite title, but since it’s my only title I guess I’m stuck with it.
But hey, things are looking up. Sure, a powerful and sentient magical artifact may have taken up residence inside my skull, and I’m still burdened with a nasty curse cast by an ancient sorceress of the Tuatha Dé Danann…
…but I’m trying really hard to look on the bright side of things.
Seeing as how I’ve been dragged back into the world of the fae, I figure I may as well be of use. And if I can make a little scratch while using my druidic talents for good and not evil, so much the better.
Which is why I took this job working for Austin’s vampire coven, cleaning up a ghoul infestation at the city cemetery. It’s not their work and they don’t want the heat, so they hired me to take care of it before it gets out of hand.
Easiest. Job. Ever. I’ll just whack a few ghouls, hide the bodies, and collect my fee.
I mean, seriously—what could possibly go wrong?

3. Moonlight Druid
When a fae child goes missing, Colin is hired to bring him back. Now he has to crack the case, all while learning to control his shifter abilities under the watchful eye of the local werewolf alpha. But with half the pack against him and enemies at every turn, will his next misstep be his last?
The name’s Colin McCool, but some call me the Junkyard Druid. I’m just your typical college student, living under a nasty fae curse that turns me into something unholy and deadly at the worst possible moments.

Like I said, typical. Lately I’ve been taking odd jobs in the supernatural community, solving cases and hunting down things that go bump in the night. But this last job has really thrown me for a loop. A fae child went missing, and I’ve been hired to bring him back.

The good news is, the local alpha is teaching me how to control my ability to shift into that other, darker side of me. The bad news is, the deeper I get into this case the more twisted and sinister it becomes.

Let’s just hope I can learn to control my Hyde-side and rescue that child… before the darker side of me takes over for good.

6. Druid Enforcer
After I became the druid justiciar for the central Texas area, I thought for sure I’d get a breather. All I wanted was a little time to lick my wounds after a long hard fight with a rogue wizard and his crew.

But like my Uncle Ed always said, wish in one hand and… well, you get the picture.

As it turns out, being the area’s supernatural sheriff isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. Sure, I get paid when I handle a problem for one of the factions—no complaints there. The problem is, it’s been nothing but putting out fires for the fae and the other major players since I got stuck with this gig.

Like it or not, I’m working a job that concerns both the fae and the vamps, chasing down a supernatural terror like none I’ve ever seen. And hell if a wannabe monster hunter didn’t get himself snatched by the very same creature that’s been dropping bodies all over Austin.

Now I have to find the kid, save the fae and the local vampire coven from exposure, salvage my relationship with my girlfriend, and figure out what to do with my live-in ex who may or may not have a magically-induced mental illness.

I wonder, do druid enforcers get paid vacation time? Because I’m definitely going to need a sabbatical after I figure out this whole mess.

That is if I don’t get eaten by a demon or a yōkai before I solve the case… in which case, at least I’ll finally get some rest.
