Struggling to keep both Nick and the Werewolves appeased, Dash must make the choice to stand by the Vampire he shouldn’t love, and risk betraying his own kind, or succumb to the current order of society, wherein Werewolves continue to subjugate Vampires.
Nick knows how society works, but that doesn’t mean he agrees with it. Though he wants to see change, he doesn’t think that’s possible when he is only one Vampire against a multitude of Werewolves who are unlikely to give up the status quo.

Is it really just a coincidence, a simple matter of being in the wrong place at the wrong time? And what will he do if Nick expects him to find a replacement?
While their feelings for each other grow into something neither can ignore, and even less able to define, it seems whatever it is they have together, they need each other more than ever in a world that doesn’t seem to accept them for the beliefs they hold closer than their own flesh and blood.
