Lovecraft, Anne of Green Gables (reconceived as “Anne-droid of Green Gables”), H.G. Wells, and Uncle Remus.
The literary DJs responsible include such celebrated wordslingers as Joe R. Lansdale, John Shirley, Kristine Kathryn Rusch, Nancy Collins, Marc Laidlaw, Rio Youers, Mark Morris, Rick Hautala, and Thomas Tessier.
