Bandicoot Cove Series by Various Authors
Requirements: ePUB, MOBI, PDF Readers, 5.68 MB
Overview: There’s something wonderful about starting a new venture. A business, a job, a friendship–a love affair.

In the Bandicoot Cove series, three authors (Vivian Arend, Lexxie Couper and Jess Dee) have joined together to bring you some wonderful firsts. The stand-alone novellas they’ve written set at Bandicoot Cove will turn up the heat, but also twine together with family and friends making an appearance in the other tales. It’s a unique story telling situation we hope you enjoy.

1. Exotic Indulgence by Vivian Arend, Lexxie Couper and Jess Dee: "It’s time for an indulgence, or two…or three."

There’s something magical about Bandicoot Cove. It’s where Kylie Sullivan’s dream of managing a luxury, five-star resort is about to come true. And it’s where people tend to fall in love. Kylie should know. She’s fallen hard-for three very different men.

There’s Brad, who knows just how to relieve her stress and send her body on a crash course through pleasure. Hemi, her untamed Maori, who awakens her primitive side. And Finn, the sexy bartender whose specialty is Screaming Orgasms.

The three men fulfill all her sexual fantasies, but Kylie knows reality will eventually set in and she’ll have to choose. But how? For now she decides not to decide-at least until she makes sure the resort’s soft opening comes off without a hitch.

As far as Brad, Hemi and Finn are concerned, Kylie’s life is too much work and not enough play. The only choice they plan to give her is to say "yes" to their wildly passionate proposal…

Warning: Three sexy men pleasing one uninhibited woman-how much more warning do you need? This short story is long on heat, with a drool-worthy setting and sexual interludes in the office, at the beach and the bar. You want a day job like this.

2. Paradise Found by Vivian Arend: "Fate is a wind that can change at the drop of a heart…"

Paige has enjoyed every no-strings-attached minute with her two Australian lovers, Trent and Mason. Over the past eleven months, they’ve surfed, hiked…and explored their seemingly limitless sexual chemistry.

Her lovers’ invitation to the opening of a new resort comes at the ideal time, because in a few days she’s returning to Canada. It’ll be a fitting swan song for their easygoing relationship. A chance to fulfill a few fantasies and then escape before her men realize she’s broken the rules by falling in love with them both. Better to take flight than be forced to choose.

Unaware of Paige’s self-imposed deadline, Trent and Mason scheme to get Paige on their yacht for a once-in-a-lifetime voyage with one goal in mind: break the news that they’re ready for something more than casual-and hope she doesn’t run like hell.

It’s a delicate operation that’ll require close attention to which way her emotional winds are blowing. One wrong word, and their paradise-perfect arrangement could be lost in an instant.

Warning: This book starts with the heat turned way up high. Two men entirely focused on one woman’s pleasure. One woman stepping outside the box to please her men. An exotic resort suite featuring an erotic piece of furniture that makes m nage a trois even hotter than usual. Really.

3. Tropical Sin by Lexxie Couper: "It takes more than a rock star to rock your world. Sometimes you need a friend. "

McKenzie Wood is Australia’s star gossip mag journalist, and she’s just spied the story of a lifetime: rumor-shrouded rock star, Nick Blackthorne-who thinks he’s incognito at Bandicoot Cove resort. The word is Nick’s a sex addict about to come out of the closet, and who better to lure Nick out than her BFF, Aiden Rogers-a pulse-poundingly gorgeous firefighter who is always there when she needs him, no matter the challenge.

Aiden admits it’s pretty damned pathetic that he can rush into burning buildings, but not have the guts to tell McKenzie he’s in love with her. No way can he tell his best friend he’d like to do some seriously sinful things to her, especially since she’s never shown one iota of sexual interest.

Nick looks forward to some "unfamous" downtime in his home country. He’s surprised to find his creative muse stirred-more like brought to rigid attention-by a couple so sexy that all he can think about is the three of them. Together.

Three bodies move together as one, and the music becomes a smoldering beat that rivals the island’s heat. When the truth inevitably comes out, the heat might be enough to save three souls…or end up just another sinner’s lament.

Warning: One plus one plus one equals OMG sex, are-you-freaking-kidding-me orgasms and some serious mind-blowing climaxes.

4. Island Idyll by Jess Dee: "Adolescent fantasies can grow into very adult realities."

Sienna James has come to Bandicoot Cove to mourn the end of her eight-year relationship with Ben Cowley. The last person she expects to meet is the star of every one of her high school fantasies.

Joshua Lye is not only as appealing as he was in high school, he reveals she was the main feature in his adolescent wet dreams. As kids they never got it together. But they’re adults now, and there’s nothing keeping them apart.

When Ben arrives at the resort determined to win Sienna back, finding another man in her bed kind of throws a spanner in the works. But he isn’t deterred. Rather than admit defeat, he comes up with an alternative plan: Let Sienna sleep with both men-at the same time. Then she can make an informed decision as to which man she wants.

Sienna shouldn’t want to go through with this shockingly sexy plan, but she does. Desperately. Except after the sexual storm passes, she could have it all…or be left holding an empty heart.

Warning: Contains a suggestion beyond risqu, a solution beyond orgasmic, and two men who know how to play dirty. Really, "really" dirty.

The Loss Of the Titanic by Lawrence Beesley: The Loss of the Titantic is Lawrence Beesley’ s compelling first-person account of the tragic sinking of the R.M.S. Titanic on its maiden voyage in April 1912. Published amid the continued media frenzy a scant nine weeks following the tragedy, The Loss of the Titanic draws on Beesley’ s experience as a second-class passenger and survivor, and, because of its rich detail and unique perspective, continues to be considered to be one of the most authoritative books about the disaster.

Titanic (1912-Curse of RMS Titanic-2012) by Robert W Walker: This historical generational horror/suspense/science fiction novel defies genre classification as it has intrigue and terror. It is a Centenary retelling of the Titanic story to destroy all the false legends surrounding Titanic. “From a master of terror and suspense,” according to Clive Cussler, author of Raise the Titanic, herein lies a compelling reason that forces Captain Edward J. Smith to scuttle his own ship—RMS Titanic. What dark secret prompts such an action on the part of a veteran, retiring captain on a ship’s maiden voyage? What prompts men a hundred years later to pillage the wreck of the Titanic? What secret lies buried within the lost ship—a secret that could destroy all life as we know it? The answers are unveiled in April 1912 and in April 2012…and there will be blood…

Titanic 2012 by Bill Walker: Best-selling mystery novelist Trevor Hughes has no idea that attending his twentieth reunion at Harvard will forever change his life. Persuaded to go by his on-again-off-again girlfriend, Dr. Julia Magnusson, he meets up with three old friends: Solly Rubens, a self-made Wall Street millionaire; Ken Faust, a successful software entrepreneur; and Harlan Astor, New York real estate tycoon and the glue that holds their circle together. That afternoon, over drinks at the Harvard Club, Harlan drops his bombshell: He is doing what James Cameron did not — he is rebuilding the Titanic, and sailing the ship on the hundredth anniversary to honor those who died, including his great-grandfather, John Jacob Astor IV.

Gilded Lives, Fatal Voyage: The Titanic’s First-Class Passengers and Their World by Hugh Brewster: Gilded Lives, Fatal Voyage takes us behind the paneled doors of the Titanic’s elegant private suites to present compelling, memorable portraits of her most notable passengers. The intimate atmosphere onboard history’s most famous ship is recreated as never before.

The Sinking of the Titanic by Bruce M Caplan: The Titanic was on fire before it hit the iceberg! Shortly after the Titanic sank on the morning of April 15, 1912, author Logan Marshall compiled a history of the tragic event. His narrative reads like a novel, yet every word is true. Bruce Caplan took the original work and edited and abridged the book to include new information and today is a much sought-after public speaker and consided a premier Titanic expert.

A Woman of Temperament by Lucile Duff Gordon: Single mother. Fashion pioneer. Titanic survivor. In her own words, the story of a remarkable woman who built an international fashion empire, survived the sinking of the Titanic, and invented the catwalk show. Left a near-penniless single mother and divorcée by the collapse of her first marriage, Lucile Duff Gordon began her fashion career cutting out dresses on the floor of her house and ended it as proprietor of Maison Lucile, an internationally famous brand of its day. Now all but forgotten, she invented the catwalk show, ‘diffusion’ lines for department stores, and the cult of the professional model, taking young women from anonymity in the suburbs of London to international stardom. She designed theatrical costumes for the stars of the day, wrote a fashion column, and became confidante to the famous names of her day on both sides of the Atlantic – and yet she is now known principally for the scandal surrounding her escape from the Titanic in an almost empty lifeboat.

Other Side of Night: The Carpathia, the Californian and the Night the Titanic was Lost by Daniel Allen Butler: After years of research, Daniel Allen Butler now tells this incredible story, moving from ship to ship on the icy waters of the North Atlantic—in real-time—to recount how hundreds of people could have been rescued, but in the end only a few outside of the meager lifeboats were saved. He then looks alike at the U.S. Senate Investigation in Washington, and ultimately the British Board of Trade Inquiry in London, where the actions of each captain are probed, questioned, and judged, until the truth of what actually happened aboard the Titanic, the Carpathia and the Californian is revealed.

Titanic: One Newspaper, Seven Days, and the Truth That Shocked the World by Stephen W Hines: News of the Titanic’s catastrophic sinking, days after her maiden voyage, shocked the world. The public was frantic for information and answers, and the London Daily Telegraph, the largest circulating newspaper in the world at the time, was charged with the task of relaying what exactly had happened to the luxury liner. But with false reports abounding and no access to survivors, that task was easier said than done. Read how a paper, and the world, struggled to find and report the truth of the most disastrous maritime accident in history.

Titanic Affair by Amanda Grange: Emilia Cavendish is given a first class ticket on board Titanic and sets out to start a new life with her godmother. The first few days aboard the world-famous ‘unsinkable’ liner are everything she hoped for as she enjoys the unaccustomed luxuries of the fabulous ship. She makes new friends amongst her fellow passengers – not least the darkly handsome, if somewhat overbearing, Carl Latimer. But when Titanic hits the iceberg, Emilia finds herself in danger from an old enemy on board, and as she struggles to escape him, Titanic starts to sink. . .

Remembering the Titanic: A Novel by Diane Hoh: It’s April 1913, and survivors of the RMS Titanic have gathered to remember those who didn’t make it onto the lifeboats. Debutante Elizabeth Farr, who had been in first class, lost her father. Steerage passenger Katie Hanrahan nearly lost her life. Still, neither of them wants to be at the remembrance service. All they really want to do is forget. A year after that awful night, Elizabeth still feels the chill of the frigid arctic air, and Katie can’t sleep because of nightmares of being trapped belowdecks, waiting for death. They want it to go away, but Titanic will never leave them. On their voyage one year ago, Elizabeth met a struggling artist named Max, and Katie fell for a boy from her hometown whose brother perished in the disaster. As the four of them strive to make new lives in New York, they struggle to move beyond the night that changed them all forever.

Titanic Lost and Saved by Brian Moses: First-hand accounts alongside a wealth of original documents, photographs and letters, this title tells the story of the Titanic, from descriptions of the passengers and the ship inside and out to why the Titanic was considered ‘unsinkable’ and the dangers of floating ice. Stories of heroism on board, stories from the lifeboats and theories for raising the Titanic are included. The book concludes by considering lessons that were learnt from this disaster.

Titanic by Filson Young: The story of the sinking of the Titanic based on first hand accounts collected in the days and weeks following the disaster. The story of the Titanic is now well known. But in the months following the disaster wild speculation was rife. On Thursday 22 May 1912, a mere 37 days after the sinking, respected London publisher Grant Richards, delivered Filson Young’s book to booksellers around the capital. It was the first attempt to plot the demise of the unsinkable ship from a well-respected writer who had already argued in the light of the Oceana sinking, for proper use of the wireless on board ships. Both Filson and Grant knew victims of the sinking and both worked hard to gather first-hand testimony to use in the book. Much of his telling of the story still stands today and his speculations about the feeling of daily life aboard the doomed ship are used in books and films on the subject.

The Last Log of the Titanic by David G Brown: The Last Log of the Titanic, the first Titanic book written from the perspective of an expert ship handler, subjects the sinking of the Titanic to the brand of professional analysis that until now has been conspicuously missing from the literature on the great liner. Captain David G. Brown reconstructs the events leading up to the disaster, working from eyewitness accounts. He meticulously examines the official testimony given before the U.S. Senate and the British Board of Trade, as well as original newspaper accounts, allowing logic and the rigorous standards of good seamanship, rather than bias and tradition, to reveal the facts of the case. In the process he exposes the many false assumptions, obfuscations, and outright lies that were propagated by surviving crewmembers and passengers, and by White Star officials, as he unearths long-buried truths. *(Only available in PDF)

Sinking of The Titanic and Great Sea Disasters by Logan Marshall: When she set sail from Southampton on her maiden voyage to New York on 10 April 1912, RMS Titanic, the pride of the White Star fleet, was the largest ocean liner in the world. Deemed ‘practically unsinkable’ because of her double-bottomed hull and watertight compartments, she carried over 2,000 passengers and crew, although only sufficient lifeboats for just over half that number. Four days out of Southampton, on the night of 14 April, she struck an iceberg in the North Atlantic and sank within a matter of hours; around 1,500 lives were lost. Logan Marshall interviewed the survivors in the immediate aftermath of the disaster and in this book he recorded the facts as they were known. Well established as part of the canon of Titanic literature, this book is a must-have for anyone with an interest in the ship and her sorrowful fate.

RMS Titanic Manual: 1909-1912 Olympic Class (Haynes Owners Workshop Manuals) by David Hutchings: The world famous ocean liner Titanic, which sank on her maiden voyage in 1912, is the latest subject to receive the Haynes Manual treatment. With an authoritative text and hundreds of illustrations, see how this leviathan was built, launched, and fitted out. Read about her lavish passenger accommodation. Learn about the captain’s responsibilities, including the operation of a transatlantic liner. Consider the chief engineer’s view—how did he manage the huge engines and other onboard systems? What was it like to operate the luxury ocean liner from the perspective of Titanic’s owner, the White Star line? *(Only available in PDF)

Women of the Titanic Disaster by Sylvia Caldwell: Sylvia Caldwell was onboard the Titanic when it sank in 1912. As one of the disaster’s survivors, she took it upon herself to write an account of what happened in the event’s aftermath. Women of the Titanic Disaster details Sylvia Caldwell’s journey immediately following the sinking of the Titanic, and it gives us a fresh perspective on this historic event.

Douglas Adams’ Starship Titanic by Terry Jones and Douglas Adams: Starship Titanic is the greatest, most fabulous, most technologically advanced interstellar cruise line ever built. It is like a cross between the Queen Mary, the Chrysler Building, Tutankhamen’s tomb, and Venice. Furthermore, it cannot possibly go wrong. . . .Sadly, however, seconds after its launch it undergoes SMEF, or Spontaneous Massive Existence Failure. And disappears. Except, everything’s got to be somewhere. Coming home that night, on a little known planet called Earth, Dan and Lucy Gibson find something very large and very, very shiny sticking into their house. . .

Atlantis by Gerhart Hauptmann: A 1912 novel by Germany’s leading writer and Nobel Laureate for Literature, Gerhart Hauptmann, which eerily predicted the Titanic disaster that took place only four weeks later.
