Overview: Born in Chicago, Frederick lives with his wife, Rae and their three miniature dachshunds, Moxie, Penny and Luke.
His first novel, "The Dregs of Exodus" was published late 2010 and the prequel, "The Pirates of Exodus" followed in early 2012.
Four novellas were written throughout 2012 and 2013 and were published as ebooks on Nook and Kindle.
A third novel, "Campanelli: Sentinel" was picked up by Solstice Publishing and debuted December 1st, 2014. This was followed up by the novella, "Minuteman Merlin", March 3rd, 2015. In April, Solstice Publishing brought him on as an editor, and in October, his fourth novel, "Of Knight & Devil" was released.
His fifth, "Campanelli: Siege of the Nighthunter" is to be released March, 2016.

The Ping Tom Affair
It is 2109 in Chicago and a double murder is discovered in Ping Tom Memorial Park. Frank Campanelli, a homicide detective, is called in to investigate. Together with his partner, Marcus Williams, the pair are pressed to solve the case before a gang war envelopes Chinatown.
Sentinel
It is 2110 and migration to the colony planet, Alethea, has depleted Earth of billions of people. As a result, migration has been declared illegal by all world governments. Human trafficking becomes highly profitable for organized crime and their influence reaches beyond the Earth’s atmosphere. Many starships returning from Alethea are diverted from the scrapping process and secretly refurbished, allowing the population to shrink further. Frank Campanelli is a blind Chicago Police detective who depends on his fully functional bio-electronic implants to see and do his job. After assisting on a botched infiltration of a top human trafficking network, he and his partner, Marcus Williams, are transferred into the CPD’s Organized Crime Division to head the newly formed Sentinel group and bring down the Ignatola family business.
Siege of the Nighthunter
June, 2110. A serial killer strikes the populace of the City of Chicago. The first victim is a wanted man by Detective Frank Campanelli’s Sentinel Division. His body had been mutilated and, from the evidence uncovered by forensic genius, H. Lincoln Rothgery, it has been partially consumed. The unknown invader leaves a trail of corpses behind in short order, including that of a homicide detective.
To add to the mystery, the DNA evidence retrieved from a stolen vehicle indicates that the killer is former military, but special encoding prevents the murderer from being identified. Frank’s partner, Marcus Williams, seems to know more about what’s going on than he lets on, until the former Navy SEAL calls in a friend from the FBI to help.
“The Nighthunter”, as the media has labeled him, instills terror and virtually shuts down Chicago. Together, Campanelli, Williams, and the agent must work to capture the enigmatic and frighteningly efficient cannibal.
