Overview: The Guncyclopedia is a cover feature on Gunnm that was published in the August 10, 1995 issue of Business Jump Extra after the manga finished its serialization that April. It provides an encyclopedic overview of the series which has not been translated into English.
The title is a portmanteau of Gun and Encyclopedia. The cover illustration of Gally that was used is the same as that for the final volume, Angel’s Ascension.
The feature has the following sections: 4 pages of colour artwork, including all nine volume covers; an overview of each volume, each of which has a sidebar of information called GunnMania; and an interview with Yukito Kishiro.
