Overview: Most studies show air frying is better for you than traditional frying in oil. It is lower in fat and lowers in calories by 70-80%. Some of the adverse consequences of oil frying may also be reduced by using this cooking method.

Using an air fryer to prepare fried meals like meat, pastries, and potato chips is a popular kitchen device in many households. It creates a crispy, crunchy surface by circulating hot air over the meal.

“Nothing, really,” maybe the response. In a convection oven in a bucket, air fryers circulate hot air to maintain an even temperature across the frying surface, similar to a conventional oven’s heating element and convection function.

Compared to deep-fried foods, air-fried ones are a better choice, but oven-baked ones retain the excellent nutrients while removing the bad, making them even healthier than air-fried ones.

Each piece of bread should be brushed with butter on one site alone. Add extra butter to the unbuttered side of the bread before placing it in the air fryer basket. At 400°F/205°C, set the temperature to air dry for 4 minutes before flipping frying for another 3 minutes or until the desired amount of toastiness is achieved.
