Outside (Book 1)
Don’t go past the fence. It’s three months since the Zombie Apocalypse, or the Fall, as survivors call it. Jack and his daughter Annie have found sanctuary in a Holiday Park on the Cornish coast, protected by high and solid perimeter fences. Having witnessed his wife being torn apart during the Fall, Jack is haunted by a fear of the undead that leaves him barely able to leave his chalet, never mind join other members of the community on the vital, and dangerous, supply runs to the surrounding towns. It’s not long, however, before others begin to challenge his absence from the runs, and he realises that to remain a part of the community, he must go outside with the others to help keep the park, and his daughter, provided with vital supplies. Once beyond the protection of the fence, Jack finds that the world is even more terrifying than he feared… Can he survive the Outside and overcome his fears to become the man his daughter needs to survive?
The Demon Writers (Book 2)
Demons here. It’s three months since the Zombie Apocalypse, or the Fall, as survivors call it. Mac has boarded up his pub, and hides from the undead within its dark walls, along with his wife Angie, and Ellie, a young woman they rescued on the night of the Fall. Ellie has just given birth to Eddy, and for a brief moment, happiness returns to the small family of survivors. Life offers them a glimmer of hope. Two weeks after the birth and Mac is visiting the nearby village to get supplies for the baby. Whilst in the pharmacy, he gets spooked, sure someone is watching him. His fears are confirmed when he finds a mutilated zombie body, its guts emptied and used to write ominous warnings across the walls. Immediately fearing for his family’s safety he rushes back to the pub, but is he already too late? Can he save his fragile new life, or is his world once again about to be turned upside down in horror and chaos?
Stadium of the Damned (Book 5)
Damned if you stay, damned if you leave…The Fall hit England 3 months ago, its cities and once fair and pleasant lands reduced to a decimated carcass, crawling with the undead like maggots on a corpse. A few hundred survivors have found refuge in a sports stadium, guarded by a group of soldiers. Most of the refugees are happy to huddle by fires and live off the meagre rations provided by their protectors. Not Sarah, though. She realises that with winter coming they will either freeze or starve to death, unless they leave the Stadium. She confronts Sergeant Crowe to demand they are set free, but little does she know the soldiers are guarding a secret so terrible, that to get her wish would begin a chain of events that could threaten the lives of every living soul in the Stadium. Facing certain death if they stay, and unknown terrors if they try to leave, can Sarah and Sergeant Crowe save the Stadium of the Damned?
Bridge of the Dead (Book 6)
There’s only one way across…The Fall hit England 3 months ago. Chris, Terry, Amy and young Nate escaped the undead swamped city of Liverpool and find themselves adrift in the hills of Wales. With winter on its way, food is scarce and the group realise they need to find safety and supplies soon, and for that they need to get out of the valleys, back to small towns with the promise of tinned cans hidden in restaurants and houses, and the protection of bricks and mortar. Their path leads them to the Bridge, but what they find there is so terrible, so horrifying that they almost turn back. But they can’t. A horde is close behind, and will soon be upon them. Like so many choices in the world of zombies, it all comes down to how much you want to live…Dare they cross the Bridge?
The Undead Sea (Book 7)
Death doesn’t stop at the shore. Three months into the zombie apocalypse and Andy, Jenny and Carl think they have found refuge in the sleepy Welsh seaside town of Abermere. After only a few days their peace is shattered as the town’s dead wake and converge as a horde. Getting lost during their escape, the three find their only only way out is with a small boat. Frantically paddling from shore, they are soon taken by the sea’s currents out dragged out to sea. Exhausted and overcome with cold, it seems that all is lost, until rescue finds them in unexpected form. Pulled back from the brink of death, is their rescue really all it seems? You can’t run when you are at sea, and the water doesn’t stop them…
