Overview: Jessica Pine, a seventeen-year-old girl, who is living just five years removed from the zombie apocalypse faces numerous challenges day to day. When her home in Cluster Nine is destroyed, she is forced to flee the safety it provided, and face the open world filled with zombies, or flesh-eaters as the locals call them. Just as things look grim, her and her friends are saved and taken in by local rebels.
These rebels are fighting the corrupt and newly formed United Front government. With the United Front looking for a miracle cure that lies inside someone’s blood stream, to use for their own mysterious way, the United Front destroys Cluster after Cluster in search of the right person, and they will stop at nothing to get it.
With twists and turns down each path Jessica takes, she is called upon to rise up and lead the rebellion against The United Front. Will she accept the challenge? If so, will she succeed in bringing down the regime, and restore peace to the country, or will she falter, and decline the invitation? The decision isn’t always an easy one, but one must be chosen before it’s too late.
