Thinking it’s just a bit of fun, Elvira readily agrees. But adventure turns to disaster when the spirit of Fletcher Eldross the Third appears in response to the magic spell. He’s nice enough as ghosts go, apart from the hatchet buried in his skull.
Elvira embarks on a mission to discover Fletcher’s murderer, hoping that will allow the turn-of-the-century man to return to his grave. If she can’t find the killer, then he might haunt her forever!
