Overview: I was going through first year and second-year tennis players like a lawnmower on the grass.
They had no reply to my blazing forehands, and my deft drop shots, and every player that the coach threw at me, had to bite the dust.
“You look in top form, Bianca. That alone time seems to have really worked wonders for you,” said coach Henry and I laughed.
Little did he know that my alone time was disturbed by a pretty blonde swimmer, who had given a new perspective to my life.
After our little adventure in the stand of the tennis court, Lauren and I hadn’t had a chance to spend a lot of time together.
I had gotten busy with tennis and she with swimming, but every now and then, I would find her sitting in the same exact spot where we had made love, and after my practice was done, I would walk up to her in the stands, and both of us would make out for a while, before we would decide it was time we headed back to our separate dorm rooms as both of us needed to get up early each morning for our respective practice sessions.
But that did not mean I didn’t miss her. The evening I had spent with her was constantly on my mind, and I would use the memory to get myself off on numerous occasions.
But there was something else that would pop into my head from time to time, and that was when thrill and excitement would take hold if my heart and I would take out my phone to check for messages or calls.
I was desperately waiting for Ms. Brown to contact me.
I had asked Lauren on multiple occasions whether she had heard from the dean, but her reply was always a resounding no.
I would glimpse the dark-haired woman walking down the corridors of the college, or talking to a group of students, or just sitting on one of the numerous benches scattered all around the University, and just type away on her laptop, or just observe the students as they went about their business.
I tried to make eye contact with her many times, but never once did she look at me or Lauren.
The girl she would often be spotted with, was Vanessa, the head cheerleader, and arguably the hottest and the most popular girl of college.
“Do you think Vanessa is one of her slaves?” asked Lauren one day, as we were walking towards the enormous maple tree planted in one corner of the football field.
Sitting under the tree and gossiping about the girls who we had thought had already joined Ms. Brown’s harem was one of our favorite things to do, and the topic of discussion today was Vanessa.
“It is highly likely, now that we know she is gay,” I offered.
“But she has a girlfriend, the cute cashier at McDonald’s, the blonde Arianna Grande. How could she ever cheat on a pretty face like that?”
“What if both of them are in her little harem? Just like the two of us?”
“Then I would say the woman has some balls.
