Overview: An escaped serial killer targets the cop who captured him
Ten years ago, Paul Russo arrested Frank Matthews, the infamous “Rosary Killer.” Unknown to Paul, Matthews has escaped from prison. His next target is Connie Barrera, Paul’s wife.
Paul has retired from police work. He and Connie are running a charter yacht in the Caribbean when they get an email from Matthews. He’s threatening to kill Connie and make Paul watch.
