Overview: Young hustler, Renae had life all figured out and was making the best life for her four, soon to be five children. It was the year 1993, and she had the drug game in a chokehold. She was making more money off the crackheads than people were making at their nine to five jobs. With the help of her childhood best friend and now the love of her life, Tony, they had the streets on lock. With a baby on the way by the person she loved, life couldn’t have been any more perfect. Some may say though just as well as the sun shines, the rain also pours. Renae never saw the day coming that she and Tony would take a turn for the worse.
The demons that Tony’s fighting are way too strong for Renae to even interfere. After trying to be there for him and helping him through his situation she realizes she has to do what’s best for her children and now new baby. Will Tony be strong enough to fight his own demons and return back to his family is the question. A lot of things are easier said than done and Tony has to pick a side because there’s no in between.
While Tony’s going through his situation, he’s spending a lot more time with his homeboy Bobby. Bobby and Tony are both going through some things and have the same gate way to escape their problems. The choices that their making in their lives is causing a lot more other problems with people around them. The secret La’Choia, Bobby’s baby mama, is holding from him will be the one to either make him or break him even more. There was way more than woman in the 1990’s that had the men going crazy it was all about who fell victim though.
