What was once their prison becomes their safe haven from a world besieged with violence, illness and a world that desperately stops at nothing to end the virus. While quarantined, Ava and the others form a bond and they watch as not only the world, but those around them fall victim to the virus. H5N1 Code Name:Greed:
With increased cases of human to human infection, scientists try to spearhead a Bird Flu Pandemic by merging the H5N1 virus with a similar synthetic strain, one for which there is a cure. The hybrid germ is a success. The results disastrous. The vaccine is ineffective on the new strain and an airborne route of transmission sends the hybrid out of control. The world spirals into a super pandemic. Scientists scurry and find and antidote using the blood of those who show natural immunity. A cure is found, however, the synthetic antidote turns those saved from the virus into raging maniacs void of human qualities.
Lisa Marshall is immune. Her blood is part of the ‘save the world’ project. She is placed in a Savior tank to ensure her survival and safety from a world gone chaotic. When she finally emerges, she faces a world void of everything she remembers. Every day is a fight for her survival and sanity. Trapped in the desolate city of Cleveland with only the mutated humans, Lisa maps her escape in hopes of someday finding someone, anyone, who is alive and well.

Greek Island:
In height of the Cold War, in the aftermath of Hiroshima, in the fear of nuclear annihilation, in the heart of West Virginia the surviving salvation was born.
A huge bunker designed to house a thousand people, most of which were government officials, was constructed and code named ‘Project Greek Island’ for secrecy. In 1995, the secret was exposed and the United States Government ultimately revealed this buried treasure.
It was nestled in the hills of West Virginia 750 feet beneath a plush resort. A few years later, the resort made the bunker a tourist attraction and offered tours for the curious.
A writer with an apocalyptic infatuation takes his family on a guided tour of the deluxe bomb shelter and finds himself in the right place at the right time. While there, an escalating confrontation comes to a climax and nuclear war unfolds.
Taking the leadership reigns, Hal Slagel must protect those in the bomb shelter, deal with the insanity of the world and prepare for long term survival once it is safe to emerge. But radiation doesn’t dissipate as predicted and the survivors are left below far longer than they anticipated. There, deep below the earth’s surface, they begin to live life in a whole new way.

Charmed Life:
Grace has it all. Of course, it’s all courtesy of her Hollywood father. The best clothes, biggest house, huge bank account and despite the fact she exceeds the age of thirty, she has quite the career as a ‘B’ movie starlit. However, all that changes the day she and her best friend witness a murder. Under the direction of the FBI and Witness Relocation Program, Grace and her eccentric, effeminate designer friend, Freddy, must leave their lives behind and start afresh.
For their protection, they are immediately uprooted. They are forced to trade their big houses and pampered existence of Hollywood for a mobile home and jobs at the local bargain store in a small town in Ohio. It is a comical transition as they leave their princess lives behind for what they call the nightmare world of being ‘everyday’. Starting over has its advantages. Through their new lives, along with their new eclectic group of friends, Grace and Freddy soon learn that being rich isn’t always the secret to having a charmed life.

Pam:
On October 7, 1986, on her sixth birthday, Mandy Perkins, her younger brother and sister, along with her grandmother are brutally murdered while they prepare for the party. Though her mother, Pam, maintains her innocence, she is convicted of the gruesome crime.
After eighteen years in a mental institution, a strand of DNA acquits Pam and she is free. She believes that she knows who actually committed the atrocities, and vows to find the murderer: a woman she has known since childhood.
Psychiatrist, Desmond Andrews is drawn in by the unique situation and the shroud of mystery that surrounds the case. Pam is his patient, yet he feels compelled to get to know the other woman, Sharon, to understand the basis of Pam’s suspicions. Unfortunately, he suffers with his own demons, a diagnosed paraphiliac, and he places himself between the two women in his own unethical investigation. His objective to help find the killer quickly becomes clouded.
Pam is unaware that she is lost in the shuffle of her psychiatrist’s sexual addiction and perverted fantasy world. She places her complete trust in him and recruits his help in her quest. She has one single goal. She will go to any and all lengths to uncover the truth of that fateful day and bring the true killer to justice one and for all. No matter who it is.

Torn:
Every 26,000 years the earth experiences a magnetic reversal or pole shift. These reversals are always accompanied by disasters of catastrophic proportions. They also coincide with two other events: an ice age and species extinction. We are, at this time, 50,000 years overdue.
Darius Cobb wasn’t thinking of man’s extinction. He honestly never gave it a thought. A college professor and part time country singer, Darius worried only about teaching and playing his guitar until the day he is attacked by cockroaches and is placed into a special government quarantine. There, he and the others start piecing together the inevitable. Using his knowledge, he begins predicting the events that unfold. Together he and his group plan and then implement a long term survival plan. If the world is going to end, they will survive. TORN is a fast paced, scientific, character driven and sometimes comical novel.
In a ‘docu-drama’ fictional style, it follows the tragic events that unleash upon the earth and the attempts by Darius and the others to defy the odds as they strive to survive man’s extinction.
**From the Author: True Story —
Not long ago on a summer day, my daughter raced into the kitchen to tell me about a shoe covered in ants on the sidewalk. Curious, I walked outside to see this and when I poured a bucket of water on the–what I believed to be–shoe, I discovered it wasn’t a shoe, but a mound of ants. Thick, dark, moving, freaky. What were they eating? We retrieved the garden hose and blasted the mound. From the sidewalk, poured multitudes of ants and they kept coming. A river of insects rolled down the sidewalk. What you read in the opening of the book, the lifting of the sidewalk, the accidental burning of the street, the ant colony extending feet deep … to the closing of the street … all true events. Various government agencies, including the CDC, were oddly present for two weeks during this event.
The media cap and their ‘burying’ of this true phenomenon prompted me to research. It was my research into ‘why’ this happened that inspired me to write this book.**

I’ll Cry Alone:
Ignorance breeds confidence. What you don’t know won’t hurt you. What you don’t fear… will kill you. The unthinkable has happened. We are at war. Across a crippled America struggling to rebuild in the after effects of what has happened, one woman faces a different battle. Separated from her family in the midst of a violent war upon American soil, she returns home to find her husband has died, her mother has been murdered and her children are gone. Through the chaotic torn country, with limited means of resources and communication, she begins a search. A search she will not give up no matter what the cost until she is reunited with her children or finds a painful truth in what has become of them.

When the Ashes Fall:
When the unthinkable happens, not everyone is ready. Not everyone knows what to do. Lacking any survival knowledge, she finds herself in the shelter of the city’s Liberty Tunnels with a group of strangers, none of which know much more than she does. The odds are against them. Panic, hunger, and sickness are rampant. The tunnels increasingly become more dangerous. With limited skills, Abby must pull it together, not only get her and the girls out of the tunnel shelter, but to survive long enough to make it home one last time.
