This is a really good simple cooking cookbook because it is based on the (relatively) new PointsPlus system, which focuses on whole foods. This is a great book for anyone, including people learning how to cook, because the recipes use pretty simple ingredients and usually have 10 or fewer ingredients. Thanks for the great quality upload pocetnik.
