Overview: Kayla Bashe studies theater at Sarah Lawrence College, where she collects indie comics and teaches herself how to make flower crowns. Her mystery novella Graveyard Sparrow comes out in July 2015 from Torquere Press, and her story A Muse Afire was featured on the cover of Vitality Magazine’s first full issue. Recently, she self-published a queer superhero romance, To Stand In The Light, which is available through Kindle. She is an alumna of the Alpha Sci-Fi, Fantasy, and Horror Workshop For Young Writers.
