Overview: Clare Connelly grew up in a small country town in Australia. Surrounded by rainforests, and rickety old timber houses, magic was thick in the air, and stories and storytelling were a huge part of her childhood. From early on in life, Clare realised her favourite books were romance stories, and read voraciously. Anything from Jane Austen to Georgette Heyer, to Mills & Boon and (more recently) 50 Shades, Clare is a romance devotee. She first turned her hand to penning a novel at fifteen (if memory serves, it was something about a glamorous fashion model who fell foul of a high-end designer. Sparks flew, clothes flew faster, and love was born.) Clare has a small family and a bungalow near the sea. When she isn’t chasing after energetic little toddlers, or wiping fingerprints off furniture, she’s writing, thinking about writing, or wishing she were writing.
Genre: Romance Erotic
Bound to the Sheikh: Billionaire Sheikh Afida Masou-Al doesn’t like his bride-of-convenience. In fact, he positively loathes her. She’s the last person on earth he would have married were it not for an ancient debt and a deathbed promise. Now that it’s done though he decides to at least make the most of it … and there is one definite silver-lining to the whole debacle. His wife is sexy as sin. He doesn’t want her anywhere but his bed …
Laurie is under no illusions: this marriage of theirs is far from traditional. She and her groom are a total failure as a couple except in one crucial way. They can’t keep their hands off each other.
But can she find the balance between sex, satisfaction and life when there is the constant shadow of his hatred, his mistress, and all of his powerful misconceptions about her?
It’s a marriage of convenience with every reason to fail … but is it possible that hate at first sight could turn into something much, much more given time?
One Night with The Sheikh: On the verge of selecting his wife, Samir Almassi, all-powerful Sheikh and ruler of Elaminar can’t get Grace Jones out of his head. They shared one sensational night, two years earlier, but memories of that experience continue to haunt his dreams. Before he announces his marriage, he knows he must meet Grace, one last time, while he is still free to do so.
But when Samir sees Grace again, he knows he can never let her go. And he’ll do whatever it takes to get her to Elaminar and back in his bed. Even if it involves blackmail.
Bartered to the Sheikh: Sally Ibarra has royal blood in her veins, and the power to bring peace to the war-torn kingdom of Tari’ell. But the price is marriage to the powerful Sheikh Khalid Ash-Hareth and she is certainly no match for this man. One look at him and her body begins to tremble; his touch sparks flames in her soul.
Khalid has already lost one fiancé. Assassinated by factions that oppose his union to the once-great Ibarra family, he knows Sally is at risk of the same fate. When his desire to protect her turns into something else the power she exerts over him becomes impossible to ignore. His marriage of convenience is becoming anything but!
Dogged by danger and desire, mistrust and ancient blood grudges, Sally and Khalid have everything against them. Can they find a way to make their marriage work, despite the odds? And will Sally be kept safe from the same threats that killed Khalid’s first fiancé?
The Sheikh’s Virgin Hostage: Emma is used to protecting her scatty twin sister. So when supermodel Cassandra ends up pregnant and alone, Emma doesn’t hesitate to find and confront the man responsible, the all powerful Sheikh Rafiq Al Sadini, exalted ruler of Amar’a. She demands he come back to her heartbroken twin, only to be told that it is his brother Mansour who dated Cassandra. Mansour, and not Rafiq, is the father! But by the time Emma discovers the truth, it’s too late.
Rafiq can’t let the next-in-line to the throne of Amar’a be raised in America. And so he kidnaps the bewitching Emma, intending to use her as the bait to bring her sister – and the royal baby – to his desert Kingdom.
How could he have known that his blood would run hot with desire for his hostage? And that he would go to any length to keep her by his side, where she belongs.
