Felicity’s Folly
Left without a sixpence, Felicity Rhoades, at three-and twenty, has vowed never to marry again. She intends to become a woman of independent means by taking in boarders. The "boarding house" is Rhoades Arbor, her late husband’s grand estate; her "lodgers" will be the hoi polloi; and her first important guest is a titled gentleman.
Unfortunately the best-laid plans… are going to the ghosts! The Earl of Maitland arrives pursued by a headless horseman. The other boarders turn out to be a pair of eccentric spinsters and a psychic. Strange noises are causing consternation; the garden is inexplicably being dug up every night; and Felicity becomes giddy whenever the charming earl is near.
As for the earl he thinks Felicity is quite balmy…and very beautiful. But every time he tries to embrace her, things go bump in the night. Something very odd is happening at Rhoades Arbor and it may lead a landlady and a certain captivated lord into the shadowy unknown — as a buried secret reveals the most thrilling mystery of all: love!

Bewitching Lord Winterton
Dire financial straits decreed that one of the late Sir Richard Abercorn’s daughters had to land a wealthy man. Naturally, it would be golden-haired Lilibet, since plain Neala, at one-and-twenty, was simply too… plain. And Lady Abercorn knew exactly how to win Lilibet a rich husband — with her great-grandmother’s wedding dress. As legend had it, the dress was sprinkled with fairy dust; all Lilibet had to do was touch it, and the very next man she met would fall beneath her spell.
But when prized catch Lord Winterton came calling, it was Neala who answered the door. Winterton’s eyes danced, his thoughts turned to romance, and his heart was lost… to the wrong woman. What a dilemma! The smitten Winterton wanted Neala as his wife. But Neala had her pride. She would never leg-shackle the handsome nobleman by trickery. She would become his bride only when he realized that he was indeed bewitched — not by magic, but by love!

Miss Eliza’s Gentleman Caller
Miss Eliza Foxburn is genuinely alarmed. Her widower father, Sir Richard, is courting a young lady whose family is in trade! Worse, the chit is only nineteen–but one year older than Eliza. The tendre is making her papa look like an old fool. . . at least to Eliza. Surely she must make him see his infatuation is a mistake. And what better way than to encourage an impossibly older man to come courting her?
General Ashford Huntley, a dashing officer of thirty-eight, is hardly over the hill. Back in London after a long campaign, he is making female hearts flutter. Yet he is surprised when the lively Eliza Foxburn asks him to come calling. When she steals a kiss, he’s pleased. But when he learns she is only playing a foolish game, the wily soldier plans a new battle: to outfox Miss Foxburn and teach her a lesson. . . in love.
