Overview: I am an author of psychological and gothic horror works, some or which are short stories. I began writing when I was very young, and never quite stopped. After reading way too much Poe (a lie; you can never read too much Edgar Allan Poe) I took to a life in the shadows, writing my stories of macabre and desolate cemeteries with very bizarre characters. Okay, I’m embellishing here a bit, but I do love a good scary stories, especially one that features a "real character." I don’t normally do monsters, but rather very real monsters: People with warped and twisted minds. My works are heavily influenced by Poe, and H.P. Lovecraft (another must read). I experiment with paranormal romances and have a thing for gothic girls and witches in my writings.
Genre: Romance Fantasy
Gothic Angel: A young man is summoned to a remote location by his lover for a midnight rendezvous, but he harbors doubt that she will meet him and soothe his tortured and embattled heart. As the hours of darkness draws on, he loses faith and turns to drinking, only to have a surprise by the close of the night.
The Witch House: A young hiker is out one day and ventures upon the old Witch’s house nestled in the darkest part of the forest. She is dead, but the house seems to call to the young man, who brazenly enters. Once inside, he finds an old book and begins reading as the story of the Witch unfolds before him. All she ever wanted was to love and be treated like the rest of the town. The animosity of the townspeople, however, changed her whole life and she was forced to pay the heavy price. A short Gothic love story with dark and somber undertones, The Witch House speaks to the heart from the coldness of the grave.
