Overview: started writing when I was a child, mostly just scribbles and nonsense, but as a teenager I found it to be a great release from the troubles of life. I began writing poetry and songs, most of them very dark, and then fan fiction. All throughout school I wrote fan fiction and imagined myself someday writing a novel, but I didn’t find the extra push I needed to actually do it until 2013, when I finally published my first book. I now have three novels published and another few in the works. I’ll be honest: I’ve received mixed reviews from my first forays into the world of publication. I made some pretty common mistakes with my first two books, which I’ve gone back and corrected to the best of my ability. Hopefully they will be more enjoyable now. A few personal facts: I grew up in Arizona but I spent 11 years living in Georgia, I’m married to another writer and we’ve co-authored a book together. I love the ocean, and the Harry Potter books are probably my favorite books ever.
