1- Closed System Pat Howe, skipper and sole crew member of the space tug Skimmer, sensed trouble as soon as he accepted the commision from the Zede businessmen. Why were they willing to pay so much for him to transport medicine to Taratwo? And why did they insist on having Skimmer, a fully armed and notoriously fast tug, bring an unnamed passanger back for Taratwo? But Patnever dreamed when he blasted off that he’d taken the first step on a journey that would bring him to an unknown corner of the universe, where the flames of a millennium-old rebellion were about to be fanned into a threat to the entire civilized universe.
2-The Dark Side The space-distress call had sent Aaron Denton racing to his home planet of St. Paul. Yet long before he reached that sector of space, his world had died. Some had escaped the cataclysm that destroyed so many innocent lives. Some were the ruthless killes who had cold-bloodedly slain helpless women and children to insure their own places aboard the few spaceworthy ships left on St. Paul. Now Aaron had no qualms about using any means – inside the law or out – to track down and claim vengeance on their leader, the man who had given the order to fire and then abandoned St. Paul and its people to a terrifying doom.
3-For Texas and ZedSpacemen from Texas on Earth had settled this remote planet centuries ago. while the rest of the galaxy was being divided between two vast warring empires, Planet Texas preserved its independence, created its own unique civilization, developed its own advanced technology. but now all that Planet Texas was and all that it believed in were threatened, as the super-powers of space moved in for the kill.
The odds against survival for Planet Texas were a million to one. And only one choice lay open to it and the remarkable man who had risen to be its leader. Either Texas had to become the mightiest warrior planet in space history – or else it and man’s last hope for freedom would vanish for all eternity…
4-Gold Star : With a whole universe to choose from where do you start looking for a starship that’s vanished without a trace?
5-Life Force : Andrew Reznor’s Galactic Enterprises coveted the idyllic planet Beauty as a refuge for Earth’s endangered animal species, while the Bureau of Colonization saw Beauty as a haven for millions of starving humans. The planet, however, had its own ideas and would kill to protect them. A strong pedantic streak may limit the appeal of this otherwise well-written and intriguing sf tale of alien contact. For large sf collections. JC
6-Mother Lode : After a five-year mission to the edge of the known universe, Erin is ready to return home. But her mission has stolen too much time away, and Erin returns to find her father dead and herself heir to a mining tug and a set of coordinates that may lead to vast wealth. Erin takes to the stars and discovers a mystery far older than the human race. Original.
7-Pressure Man: Earth’s Final Hope….. It came from beyond the solar system, hurtling at unbelievable speed into the Jovian atmosphere. And there it waited, sending out signals — signals that might be a cry for help, a deadly trap, or the herald of a new age for our terrifyingly overpopulated planet. Whatever its purpose, the challenge of the alien ship couldn’t be ignored. So the space program drafted Dominic Gordon and his crack scientific team for one final desperate project: to build a space ship strong enough to withstand the awesome pressure if the Jovian atmosphere and large enough to rescue the alien from Jupiter’s powerful grip. But Jupiter was only one of their opponents. For if the fanatic Earthfirsters got to Dominic before he completed his mission, it would be the beginning of the end of mankind…
8-Seed Of The Gods: SEED OF THE GODS The Novel of Von Daniken’s universe by Zach Hughes. Out of a million catalogued stars there was one small yellow sun with a pleasant little family of planets, the third of which, a shimmering blue and green cloud-swirled globe, bore intelligent life. When the Ankani first visited that planet Earth the Mesopotamia civilization had just begun to take shape. How can the Earth creatures have advanced so far by the 20th Century A.D.? Could it be that these most forbidden of all activities occurred on the first trip? Can it be that these Earth people are the SEED OF THE GODS
9- Sundrinker : DUWAN THE WARRIOR!
Duwan had been foremost of the Drinker warriors in training, destined in time to become leader of all the valley’s warriors. Then an accident had claimed his arm, leaving him unfit to lead. With no other choice, Duwan turned to Drinker legends for hope, legends of a lost homeland to the south, where the sun was so strong, the soil so rich, that a Sundrinker could regenerate a lost limb.

12- The Stork Factor : The Future: A repressive religious dictatorship rules a stratified, opiated society in America where no man may advance himself except through religious hypocrisy.
Suddenly a young priest, sincere in his religion, finds himself the power of spontaneious healing, a power of overwhelming political import in a society whose medical care is reserved for citizens of high status.
He is rescued by the underground after fleeing the police, and while trying to develop and control his unique talent, he inadvertently encounters a survivor of a decadent alien civilization and finds his power increased enormously.
Then the fireworks begin.
13- Thunderworld : When the crew of the four-person scout ship Santa Maria first sighted the new life-zone planet, they dubbed it “Worthless.” A little too far from its mother sun for comfort, caught in the grip of conflicting gravitational pulls, Worthless was a planet in constant upheaval, not at all the sort of world fit for human colonization. Still, time was running short for the people of Earth to fine a new home, and this was the first place that even approached livable conditions, So Don Zees decided to do a close-up study of the planet’s surface while Breed and Ellen stayed in orbit overhead. But shortly after they landed, there was a cataclysmic upheaval, a worldwide convulsion that brought death to many of the primitive life forms and left Don and Zees stranded. Forced to go native and live off the land till their shipmates could find them, neither of the humans could guess that the next meal they ate would change the future of a planet..
