Overview: “Born and bred Cleveland, I earned a degree in technical theater, later switched to costuming, and headed to NYC. Finally seeing the futility of trying to become rich and famous in the Big Apple, I joined VISTA (Volunteers in Service to America), ending up in Chicago for three years. Then it was on to Denver where I put down roots and worked as a costume designer until just recently. I began writing five years ago after joining an on-line fanfic group. Two friends and I then started a group for writers where they may post any story they wish no matter the genre or content. Since then, for the last two years, I’ve been writing for publication. Most, but not all, of my work is m/m, either mildly erotic or purely ‘romantic’, and more often than not it involves a mystery or covert operations.”
Genre: Erotic Paranormal Romance, MM

1. Art Theft 101: Vampire Philip Archer and his team of successful art thieves — black panther shifter Duff, ghost Rob, and Duff’s human girlfriend Liddy — are asked by the handsome Ian Croft, a potential client, to break with tradition and rescue a kidnapped child. When the caper turns out rather differently than expected, Philip is bitterly reminded why he has remained single for so long. Yet, surrounded as he is by loving friends, he is not desperate. This is why, when he meets the newly-made vampire Ephram, he suppresses his attraction and focuses on being a mentor to the Fledgling. Ephram was turned by Virgil Ionescu, an ancient vampire known for casting off his Children before they are ready. Living off the streets, Ephram’s future is precarious until he meets Philip. Ephram is immediately attracted to Philip and only too happy to be taken under his wing and taught the skills of surviving in modern New Orleans. But Philip keeps secrets. Ephram can sense it, but he can’t penetrate the thousand-year-old Philip’s reserve. What will Ephram do when he discovers the big secret his new group of friends are keeping from him? Will his love for Philip trump all, or will he betray them? And, to complicate matters, Ionescu arrives unexpectedly in town, coming to check on his Child.

2. Majors’ Folley: Thane Major’s lover, Ian Philips, sees Majors’ Folly—the mansion Thane has inherited—as a ‘monstrosity’. Thane believes otherwise. To him it is fascinating, not monstrous. At least that’s what he hopes. After the two learn of several disappearances from the Folly, they spot someone trying to break in and wonder if the person is responsible for the Folly’s troubles. Deciding they must find out exactly what is happening, the pair begin to delve into the house’s history to uncover the truth before they too disappear. Will the arrival of two strange males offering their help to Thane and Ian lead to revelations about the disappearances… or to Thane and Ian’s untimely deaths?

3. Sui Generis: Captured, imprisoned and tortured, Brand becomes…unique. After escaping, he vows revenge on his captor, Fedor. With the help of his friend and housemate, Mag, the search begins. Then others who also have a vested interest in finding Fedor become involved. These others, who call themselves Enforcers, are not run-of-the-mill by any means. Their leader, Antton, convinces Mag that Brand is more than he seems. When Fedor captures Mag to demoralize Brand to force him to come to him, Brand and the Enforcers, including Randulf, set out to rescue him. With that mission successfully completed, Brand admits he cares for Mag as much as Mag does him–something he has been previously unwilling to reveal. Then Brand is invited to join the Enforcers–and accepts. The Enforcers receive another assignment and Brand and Mag meet Lew, Randulf’s ex-lover. There’s no love lost between those two, but Mag suspects that deep down they care for each other. He vows to force them to admit it–to themselves and to each other–if they survive the coming battle.

4. The Housemate: Author Ryan Turner, accompanied by his cat, Constable, has just moved into the house he inherited from his aunt. Unfortunately the original owner, Adrian Devoe, also lives there. However, Ryan is unaware of this since Adrian is a vampire. Deciding there is nothing he can do to oust Ryan, Adrian, pretending to be a human with an allergy to sunlight, manages to wrangle an invitation from Ryan to become his housemate. The two men become friends and slowly realize they are drawn to each other. Then Adrian’s great-uncle, the vampire who turned him, appears to warn Adrian that Darnell–a vampire who almost killed Adrian during the Civil War–has reappeared, intending to finish the job. The question then becomes, will Adrian be able to keep Ryan and himself safe when Darnell shows up? And if he can, will Ryan be able to accept that the man he has fallen in love with is a vampire and his great-grandfather–although not by blood?

5. Talbot and the Enforcers (A ‘Sui Generis’ / ‘The Housemate’ Crossover Story): Talbot is a hybrid werewolf/dhampir. The only one of his kind, he thinks. A loner, he hires out to eliminate rogue vampires. When Antton, a head Enforcer, asks for his help to find a turncoat within the group, Talbot reluctantly agrees. The turncoat uses rogues to trap and kill Enforcers, sometimes finishing the job himself when necessary. Talbot meets the team he’ll be working with to go after a rogue werewolf that Antton is certain is being used by the turncoat. The other men on the team are Dante, a vampire, and Ulrik, a werewolf. When Talbot saves Ulrik from a vampire, they realize that Ulrik’s home has been compromised, so Ulrik stays with Talbot until the team leaves for New Orleans to try to complete their mission. Although Talbot is attracted to Ulrik, he resists his feelings, believing that it is one-sided at best. Will Talbot find out that he’s right, or will Ulrik reciprocate? And will it matter if the turncoat manages to kill them both before they can stop him?

6. Never Let Go of Hope: Well-known artist Ellis Williams is in a slump and feeling all his fifty-three years. He’s lost the joy which used to permeate his painting and despairs of ever regaining it. It doesn’t help when he runs into a young man who comes on to him to win a bet, thus destroying more of Ellis’s confidence. Then, at a party, Ellis meets Martin Lovell, a man his age whose partner died soon after they adopted their son. Will these two middle-aged men learn they should never let go of hope? Or is it too late for men their age to open themselves to the possibility of love and being loved?

7. The Hit Man Cometh: Mick is a hit man sent after Gavin. Can Gavin, an ex-conman and a shifter, convince Mick they should join forces before Mick kills him? Mick Whalen is a hit man hired to kill Gavin Wilde. However, when he tracks Gavin to a remote mountain cabin, he discovers that killing the coyote shifter is not in the cards. Especially when Gavin offers sex as an incentive to spare his life—an offer Mick does not refuse. At Gavin’s insistence, they find out who hired Mick before someone else is sent to finish the job. The most probable person is a vampire with an ax to grind because of something Gavin did to him in the past. With the help of Gavin’s bear shifter friend Torben, and Torben’s vampire friend Brynja, they set out to stop the vampire—perhaps permanently. Mick and Gavin decide to join forces since, as Gavin points out, he can teleport Mick away after a hit. The contracts come, and their rough bouts of sex heat up in the process. However, they’re almost killed on a job—a job no one knew about except Mick’s friend and handler Johnny. When Johnny is murdered, they team up with the two other hit men who also once worked for Johnny, to find and eliminate his killer as well. With death and destruction now both men’s way of life, will it draw them closer together—or destroy what has become more than just a friendship?

Robin–working for a private group bent on stopping criminals–is undercover in one of the gangs as the leader’s boy-toy. He offers Micky a safe place to hide out–Robin’s well-secured home. Neal, the company’s brand new costume designer, takes his job in stride, and impulsively offers to help Galen learn his lines for the show. While the two men work together, Neal wonders why Galen is so against Christmas. Will he be able to learn Galen’s dark secret? If he does, will it push the two men apart, or strengthen their slowly developing interest in each other?

10. Engagements Can be Deadly: My name is Brannon “Bran” Walker. I’m a private investigator, hired by Millicent Ashley’s father to do a background check on her fiance, Tom Grant. Then Millie dies under suspicious circumstances during the engagement party for her and Tom–a party I attended. Murder? I think so, and I intend to prove it. Duncan “Dunc” Raines, the lead detective in the case–and my ex-lover–tells me to keep my nose out of his investigation. No surprise, I ignore his order–and try to ignore him–as I begin digging into who might have decided a dead fiancee is preferable to a living bride. Suspects are numerous, and someone wants me to stop looking for the murderer, if they have to kill me to make that happen. As if. I intend to show Dunc that a PI can be just as good as a cop at uncovering a killer.

11. Searching for My Killer: (Sequel to Ghostly Investigations) My name is Tonio, and I’m a ghost. I want to, need to, find out who killed me so I can move on. The problem is, I have no idea how to do so. Or I didn’t, until Brody and Jon showed up. They’re ghosts, too, and they know Mike, a police detective, and Sage, a medium who can speak with the dead. With their help, and mine, will it be possible for Mike to find out who pushed me off the lighting bridge at the theater where I worked? At the same time, can I come to grips with the fact that, in death, I’ve lost David, an actor at the theater and the one man I ever loved?

When Wynn disappears, Mick is certain he’s either dead or has gone back to where he’d come from. Then he discovers the truth about Wynn, just days before Wynn comes back into his life. Will this truth, plus Mick’s ex-lover and another man seeking to kill Wynn, force them apart? Or can they surmount the obstacles and learn that love, indeed, conquers all.
