I would estimate that each time I am in London, or almost anywhere in England (as wagamama has multiplied like rabbits), I enjoy almost half my lunch and dinner meals at the restaurant. I LOVE, for example, their chili chicken ramen (#25, please… and hurry!), but also the communal tables, the joyous attitudes among staff and diners, the sense of fun that pervades everything about the place. As restaurants go, it must be an excellent employer. Now, if I could only figure out how to make the recipes look as mouthwatering as they appear in the book!

Thank you for sharing.
