Overview: Ivana Skye is a disaster without a permanent address, who much like her characters, spends a lot of time navigating the transition into adulthood and screaming. Oh, and writing. She does a lot of that too.

1. Crimson Bite – Unlike most art students at Southern College, Sara Obsidian doesn’t want to be a vampire. No, not even if they have recruiting booths on campus. She’s fine being human, thank you very much.
But she might change her mind when a dorky vampire with a mild action movie obsession suddenly sits next to her at a movie theater. To make matters even weirder, he asks if she’ll pretend to be his girlfriend, to hide the fact that he’s actually dating a vampire from another faction—which is a big no-no.
There’s no way she’s going to fall for him, or anything. And there’s even less way that she’ll fall for his boyfriend.
Sara Obsidian is a perfectly normal human.
2. Vermilion Kiss – The only problem is, Aloysius and Mikael don’t want to turn her—at least, not until she does more research on the six different vampire factions. So, fine. She’ll do it. But she won’t be happy about it… …Unless she somehow bumps into another vampire, of course. One who’s willing to help her with the research. And sleep over at her house. And, just maybe, open up her heart a little more.
3. Ashen Escape – Sara Obsidian’s just starting to get used to being loved by three vampire boyfriends. But what she’s not used to is scheduling dates with them. So when fall break starts, she does what any reasonable person would: rent a beach house for her and her boys.
But close proximity only makes emotions run higher. And it may be that Aloysius and Mikael haven’t said everything about themselves just yet…
And Kestrel may have a request of Sara that will release some of her darker desires.
4. Pale Reunion– Sara Obsidian is finally ready for her greatest challenge yet: checking out the White Rose faction’s center, where she knows she might run into the very person she least wants to see.
And if she does, she might just be reminded of the worst parts of her past.
She might just have to confront the events which convinced her she should never want to be a vampire to begin with…
5. Magenta Dance – Sara Obsidian is having a great time with her boyfriends—all four of them. But when she develops a crush on another person, she starts to wonder just how many people she can handle dating.
And to make matters worse, the Red Rose Ball is coming up.
There, she might run into someone she doesn’t expect—and her harem might just be upended as secrets finally come out.
6. Violet Elation– Sara Obsidian is dating six whole vampires, and that can only mean one thing. It’s time to get turned.The only problem is, each of the six is from a different faction… and she still hasn’t decided which one she wants to become. But she may just think of an unorthodox solution. One the city she lives in won’t be very happy about.But Sara’s done caring about what other people think.
7. Obsidian Awakening – Sara Obsidian is finally a vampire, but that doesn’t mean that everything’s going smoothly.
For one thing, she has strange powers no vampire before her has had—powers she can’t control.
Oh, and her city is descending into chaos as the six vampire factions look to be flirting with all-out war.
And she might just be the prophesied Black Rose. Which means it’s her job to save the city.
